Our Service

We offer a full cycle of job search to hire coaching run either via one-day, 1/2 day or 1:1 programmes, which is tailored to your employees needs and can cover:

• Analysis of skills and transference to other jobs
• Confidence building
• Search plan of action, including direct and indirect approaches
• CV writing and cover letter
• Tracking and management of applications
• Selling yourself - soft skills, personal presentation 
• Interview coaching including, generic, CV led and behavioural/competency questions
• Handling the offer stage
• Managing company transition

The training runs either individually in 1:1 sessions, this can be organised in hourly sessions or by day, or in groups from 10am – 5pm or split over 2 1/2 days and is conducted by two of our coaches, either on site or off site:

Clare is the owner of RTO Group. She has 11 years interviewing experience and has worked as Head of Recruitment for Deloitte Ireland, KPMG and Intel and has hired over 2000 people and interviewed thousands more.

June Parker

June has over 15 years agency recruitment experience recruiting roles from junior to CEO level. She now runs her own successful career coaching company.

This combination of trainers ensures your employees gain a non-biased and informed training, as we are not employed by an agency or job board we are in a position to give your employees a broader unbiased view of the recruitment market in Ireland.

Courses run from 1 to 40 people per day.
