Our Interview Experience
RTO Group was established by Clare Reed to provide interview coaching for interviewees and interviewers. Originally from the UK she has ten years extensive experience within various large multi-nationals including, Intel, KPMG and Deloitte, as Head of Recruitment.
Our outstanding track record in recruitment ensures you will be working with a professional company that cares about you and wants to help you succeed. After ten years working for leading international companies and having interviewed thousands of candidates in that time Clare decided to put her interview skills and knowledge to better use with her own company. Constantly amazed by common interview mistakes and the harsh culling of candidates by over critical decision makers she could see that by addressing simple mistakes and overcoming nerves these candidates would have been hired. Clare can show you how to best present yourself at interview in all ways.
Likewise, we are able to offer advice and experience to inexperienced interviewers. After having coached many managers, directors, partners and owners on how to interview candidates and the do's and don'ts of interviews, Clare can offer you the opportunity to improve your interviewer technique. With a BA(Hons) Law, Clare has always kept abreast of changes to employer legislation and can provide clear updated advice to all interviewers to ensure that you can execute your interview questions flawlessly and legally. We can help you compile interview questions tailored to particular roles to enable you to be consistent and transparent. Not to forget one important area that interviewers often forget - the ability to sell themselves. Clare has witnessed many rejections of offers that came down to a common reason - the candidate just didn't like the interviewer. She will help show you how to perform at the best you can while interviewing, and win over those candidate you need to hire.
